| Mid-Feb | Next year’s offers are emailed to current students who applied for RAP. Students have a limited time to accept and pay a deposit |
| Late Feb | Want to live in residence in the summer? Application for summer stay-through and summer housing opens |
April, 2026
| April 1 | Deadline to apply for summer housing |
| Early April | Residence offers are sent by email. First installment of fees due on acceptance |

| April 25 | Housing contract ends. Last day for move out. Pritchard Dining Hall closes 12 pm. |
