Throughout August and early September, Student Housing is busy preparing for the upcoming academic year, and is not able to accept early arrivals unless you are part of one of the below groups:
Students enrolled in an Academic program that starts prior to move-in day.
Proof will be required.
Students taking part in training camps as part of a UBCO athletic program.
We receive your housing information from the athletic program. You will receive an early arrival offer in early August.
Email proof of program registration to information@housing.okanagan.ubc.ca or drop it off at our office.
