Similkameen Place is the perfect environment for new students to make friends, get involved, and find quiet study time in a private living space. Students live in a single room on a floor with 40-55 other residents. Each floor has two single-gender communal bathrooms.

UBCO Residence Advisors live in every residence building. They enhance the residence experience by planning fun events and programs throughout the school year to build community and support your transition to campus life.
RAs are trained to promote wellness, safety and security, community building and personal development for students living on campus. Residence Life staff recruitment takes place each winter. They work hard to promote a safe, inclusive and enjoyable community for residents.
