UBCO Residence Advisors live in every residence building. They enhance the residence experience by planning fun events and programs throughout the school year to build community and support your transition to campus life.
RAs are trained to promote wellness, safety and security, community building and personal development for students living on campus. Residence Life staff recruitment takes place each winter. They work hard to promote a safe, inclusive and enjoyable community for residents.
