The Nechako front desk is your go-to spot for essential services. Whether you need to pick up your keys, retrieve mail, or get help when locked out of your room, the front desk staff are available to assist you.

• For those with a mandatory meal plan, the Pritchard dining hall will be your primary dining location. Even without a meal plan, all residents can enjoy meals here at their convenience, making it a central hub for dining and socializing.
• Pritchard features an all-you-care-to-eat dining experience with a large selection of food options available at multiple stations throughout the servery!

• The convenience store in Nechako offers a variety of snacks and household essentials.
• Flex-dollars can be used here, making it a quick and easy option for your everyday needs.
• The hours of operation can be found here.

• Stay active with the Nechako fitness room, equipped with a variety of machines and space for calisthenics, cardio or bodyweight exercises.
• It’s free and open to all residents, providing a convenient way to maintain your fitness routine.

• Nechako features three music rooms, each equipped with a piano.
• Residents are welcome to bring their own instruments and use these rooms on a first-come, first-served basis, making them ideal for practice and creative expression!

• Unwind in the game room, located next to the Nechako Front Desk!
• It’s equipped with a pool table and ping pong setup, offering a great space to relax and connect with fellow residents.

• Every traditional-style residence building, including Nechako, offers study rooms.
• Study rooms are great areas to collaborate on group projects with your peers.
• These spaces are perfect for changing up your study scenery and staying productive outside of your room!

• The Residence Academic & Wellness Hub lets students access a suite of Academic & Career Advising, and Wellbeing & Accessibility Services – all without having to leave the residence community!

• Electronic mailboxes: These self-serve boxes are located near the Nechako Front Desk and are programmed to the student’s Salto card. 
• Students have 72 hours to retrieve their mail after receiving an email notification.
• Students should use the mailing address for their residence as the return address on outgoing mail. 
• The mailing addresses for each residence are available on the UBC Student Housing website.

• Located near the Music Rooms, the Laundry Card Reload Centre allows residents to add money onto their laundry cards.
